School Registration Form
Required of all schools: To be filled out by the sponsor teacher. Please, one registration per school.

Individual Registration Form
Required of all participants: To be filled out by each teacher and student attending.

Battle of the Brains Registration Form
Optional: For schools interested in participating in the Battle of the Brains.

Music Video Competition Registration Form
Optional: For schools interested in participating in the Music Video Competition.

Registration Tips:

1. Tour the website. Take a look at our activities page!
2. Read our list of Workshops. Write down your favorites (#1-5)
3. Teacher: fill out the school registration form
4. Each student/teacher/chaperone needs to fill out the individual participant registration form
5. Mail ONE check to MLWGS German Club following cost guidelines
